    • 1. Do I need to be a member to practice or learn at Touché Golf?
      • No. Anyone can learn or play at Touché Golf School.
    • 2. I have never played Golf and want to start. How can Touché Golf help me?
      • We have a Beginner's Coaching Program which has three levels. Each level is 10 lessons. This should give you a strong foundation on which to start..
    • 3. How and where will I play Golf once I learn?
      • Once you are capable of playing you can pay green fees at most clubs and play. You may also become a Life Member of the Indian Golf Union which will entitle you to concessional green fees at many golf courses. Touché Golf School has a 6 hole golf course to play.
    • 4. What is the right age to start?
      • The right age to start playing is when you decide you want to play golf.
    • 5. Do I need to have a Golf Set to start learning?
      • : NO. We can provide you clubs to start learning. However, you will be playing on the course soon once you start lessons and it would be beneficial for you to have your own set instead of taking a set on rent every time you play.
    • 6. How good will I be once I finish the Beginner's Course?
      • You will be playing on the course. We will give you the fundamentals required however how well you will be playing will depend on the speed at which you learn. Remember that you have just completed the "Beginner's Course" and therefore you are still a beginner who is about to take the next step.
    • 7. Can I have my lessons at times convenient to me?
      • You can take your lessons at convenient times provided you have fixed the time with the faculty assigned to you. At the Touché Golf School you may take lessons 7 days a week from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm. In the event you cannot take day time lessons you may also opt for lessons after 6.30 pm up to 9.00 pm at The Bangalore Golf Club where we have floodlight facility.
    • 8. Can I get guidance on my physical fitness at Touché Golf?
      • At the Touché Golf School we have a Fitness Centre. Our Sports Physios will provide guidance and you may get into a program for a fee.
    • 9. I already have an old set of clubs that need repair and restoration. Does Touché Golf have any set up for this?
      • Yes. We have a state of art Club Repair Workshop and can repair and restore your clubs. We also specialise in Custom Fitting clubs. This is available to all.
    • 10. What is Custom Fitting of golf clubs?
      • No two human beings are built the same and no two golf swings are the same. A custom fitted golf club is made to suit the players size and also the players ability of playing. This way the equipment you use is appropriate to you.
    • 11. Is custom fitting meant for good players only?
      • No. A handicap golfer or NORMAL golfer can get huge benefits from a custom fitted set of clubs.
    • 12. I am 58 years old. Can I start playing golf now?
      • Yes. Golf is for everyone. Like they say -"better late than never". You may learn slower than younger people but you will learn and YOU WILL PLAY GOLF on the course.
    • 13. Will Touché Golf be able to give me a handicap?
      • No. Once our playing holes are operational this may be possible.
    • FAQ's-JUNIORS
    • 1. What is the right age to start golf?
      • Though there is no right age to start playing golf there is a minimum age to join our structured program. That age is 5 years old. Before the age of 5 children are not ready for structured instruction. Before the age of 5 children may play the game with minimum instruction.
    • 2. Do I need to buy equipment before my child starts the program?
      • NO. We will provide clubs for your child to learn. However, by week 3 of them joining the program, they will start playing on the golf course. That is the time for you to acquire some golf clubs which MUST be the correct size. Our club fitting section will provide guidance.
    • 3. If my child misses a scheduled class can we make up on some other day?
      • Missing a scheduled class is like missing a day at school -you missed the class. It is common for children to miss a class. However, if during evaluations we find a child not making progress the faculty will schedule an extra class for additional inputs for that particular child. This happens very rarely but we have done so in the past. However, if we cancel a class for some reason the cancelled class is not counted and the class is taken on the next turn and dates are adjusted accordingly.
    • 4. What is the frequency and timings of the classes in the junior program?
      • Children come 3 days a week -either Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays OR Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We have 2 batches per day : 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm AND 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm. During the winter months this is advanced by half an hour.
    • 5. How many children in a class?
      • We maintain a ratio of one coach to 5 students in our junior program.
    • 6. Can I enrol my children for individual classes?
      • You may, however we recommend that children should be in groups because they enjoy this. In the event your child needs individual lessons we will recommend it. Individual lessons for young children are not recommended in general.
    • 7. How do I know about my child's progress?
      • We evaluate the children periodically and you may make appointments with their coach and get the information. The child also has a web-locker wherein the faculty updates the daily lessons and slso has guidance fron Nutritionist, Mind Coach and Fitness Trainer.
    • 8. How much does a Junior Golf Set cost?
      • The cost varies from 6,000/- to 20,000/- depending on brand. A junior will grow out of the size as they grow up so be prepared to buy a new set after 2 to 3 years or so. This lasts up to the age of 13 or 14 by which time most children are growing in to adult size.
    • 9. How much does it cost to start learning?
      • The beginner program is a 4 month structured progrm of 12 lessons a month and it cost Rs 1500/-per month.
